Staying at this property was an incredible experience all around - the food and drink options were plentiful and did not have a bad experience in any of the on-site restaurants. One thing to note about the room was that we found it smell a bit damped. Would be better if they had a scented dehumidifier to make the room smell nicer. Location is not very accessible to town/ shopping area like Seminyak. On the same street as other 5 star hotels. No motor bike rentals nearby. Will need to take taxis when you leave the property unless you like to walk a lot. Overall, excellent place to stay and relax.

Stunning Hotel

The hotel is stunning! The location is right on the beach and is very clean! It has a lovely pool suitable for all ages and is set among greenery and trees The staff are beautiful people, very professional and helpful The bar and restaurants serve great food and cocktails, and always with a smile. I would certainly recommend this hotel

It’s one of the best Ritz Carlton hotel in Asia

Hotel services is good, staff is friendly and kind. The room is clean and tidy with special welcome gift. I also see lovely monkey around the resort.
