The staff were incredible (especially Lorenzo). They assisted us with excursion ideas and helped us book. The rooms were nice, the pool was great, and the property was well-maintained. The location was perfect for shopping and dining. The breakfast was good, and the restaurants on site were excellent. We would definitely recommend for families.

Great stay, easy location close to airport and beach. I stayed here for only one night and one day and wish it could have been longer. Staff very helpful, airport transfers easy, room very comfortable. The bathroom could do with a slight upgrade as shower wasn’t very strong and taps dripped continuously. But other than that one issue I could not fault the resort. Would happily return.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, from the front desk to the towel attendant by the pool. The hotel was very close to shops and restaurants (5 mins walk). The resort was right on the beach next to the boardwalk where you could walk up the beach to see other restaurants and merchants. We would definitely stay there again.

Our room was a bit tired, I was a bit disappointed as pictures were not the same as the room. Staff are excellent, food is quite good and no Bali belly at all. Coffee was not up to holiday inn standards I have experienced at Holiday Inn Express next door on previous visits. Highlights are the Envy Bar, The food is really interesting and more Western options, shout out to all the Envy staff who really went the extra mile to please, Thank you all 🙏 Breakfast Wes great except as previously mentioned, did management change the coffee? Don’t mess with my morning attitude adjustment for a few cents please. Checkout staff so helpful, the night shift guys were still in when I checked out at 4.15 am, they still jumped up to greet me and put me in my cab, love your work guys 👍 Floors in room were sticky, all very well not using cleaning products for environmental reasons, however that’s a bit too far, try sugar soap maybe? Great location on the beach quiet part of Kuta but heaps nearby

When we arrived in Bali we were greeted by Melly at the reception desk. Melly was so pleasant and helpful. She explained all the amenities and helped us transfer to Holiday Inn Express next door for a second night. She offered us free breakfast and a shuttle return to the airport the next day. The resort had a beautiful pool area, two great restaurants, a wonderful spa and easy access to the beach.

Holiday inn Resort is located in a nice spot. Close to airport and in a quiet spot of Kuta. Great food choices between Envy and Palms restaurants. If you are an IHG member, you get 20% off the food bill. Staff are very warm to deal with and always happy to assist which makes all the difference. Loved watching the sunsets from the hotel. You also get access to rooftop pool and the viewing deck at Holiday Inn Express which has amazing views. Thank you to all staff for making our stay comfortable 🙏. If we visit Bali again, will definitely stay here!
