Costa Azul Vacation Packages for 2026

The room had a very strong must and mold odor.

We booked the 2 bedroom suite with ocean view. Unfortunately there’s construction blocking the gorgeous view. It can initially be seen in their lobby. We couldn’t enjoy the balcony and plunge pool. The staff was accommodating enough to change our rooms but it was still the same view. Their rooftop pool will eventually have a building blocking their view depending on how high it’ll get built. Aside from that, the resort is very nice and the staff are very friendly!

This was out 3rd time in Cabo and our 2nd stating at a resort in the Marina. We Will be back!!! The location is perfect, Loved the staff and amenities. Having all-inclusive access to restaurants in the Marina makes this our favorite resort. Rather than feeling like you are only at your resort like most all-inclusive, you feel like you are part of the vibe in the Marina. Several of the higher-end restaurants require reservations and twice we just walked up and they were happy to accommodate us. Our next trip will be booked soon!

Overall customer service was unsatisfactory. Staff wasn’t very helpful only a handful were nice and friendly. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I would look into other places that have better service and value for the price we paid.
