Nice place. Good people. The Expedia staff were great help. Use a Uber while in Cabo. Stay away from Greyline and other taxi/tours. One great experience with Ranchi Tours. They were professional and the exception.

Beautiful ocean front room! Gabriel, our concierge...was absolutely wonderful!!! This was our 4th trip to the Krystal and it won't be the last! The staff is wonderful and helpful. First all no beach on premises 😩! Just open ocean to look at. Nothing to do! Just pool and food !! The restaurant were under staff but food was good. It’s super hot and humid ac units barely feel it. For a low budget resort not bad if you just want to rest. Drinks ok ! Lots of Sugar and cheap alcohol!

Before I got the the property the reviews I read was scary, but all turned out to be untrue. The property is excellent no sewer small as some people said in reviews. The food at every restaurant was good the staff was excellent the pools were clean and my room and view from my room was amazing. My wife and I are already making plans to return.

It was generally good . The staff is very friendly and helpful . There was a smell of stale water everywhere and in the bathroom . Even in cafeteria. Our toilet didn’t work they well. Also , there was no night life at all when though it was in the daily schedule . The dis was a good quoility and fresh .

The resort was nice, a little dated but still beautiful. The rooms definitely could use a little more attention. We didn’t have hand or face towels, and the upholstery on the couch was worn and stained. The pools were under maintenance for most of our stay, but the one day we were able to swim, the pool water was nice. Staff is friendly, but nothing extraordinary. The food was ok, drinks were watered down; overall it’s a 3/5 for me.

A 100% family-friendly hotel in a great location, with extremely friendly concierge staff who were always helpful and went above and beyond whenever we needed anything. The only real downsides I would mention are the waiters around the pool and at the Surfos Bar. They were rude, provided poor service, and practically expected a tip every time you approached them. If you didn’t tip, they basically stopped coming by to check on you. The other thing I didn’t like was that after around 4 PM, the pools got extremely warm, to the point where pretty much everyone would get out of the water. It’s also worth mentioning that the hotel doesn’t have direct beach access. Other than that, the hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well located. The front desk staff was also friendly, attentive, and helpful. If they fixed these issues, this hotel could easily be one of the best in San José del Cabo. For the price, I definitely recommend it And at least for me, I’d definitely come back and stay for a couple of nights.
