The resort was really nice. The views were amazing, and the staff was very friendly. For the most part the rooms were very clean. Had some slight issues with ants but it wasn’t a big deal. I would definitely book with the resort again. One thing I’d recommend is to have all excursions and reservations already booked before coming to the resort/checking in.

Amazing staff Ramon and Emmanuel at pool amazing! Property clean and facilities amazing. Great for families or couples. Children’s mini waterpark looked amazing. Food options great. Loved our stay and will be back.

Property was clean and they have a great staff. Our concierge Jair was excellent 10 STARS. If we needed anything he was there for us. Food was a bit of a let down I was wanting more flavor and authenticity, it all tasted the same everyday. Had to go out on the town to get real good tasting Mexican cuisine. Coffee shop was a nice touch could get coffee, tea, latte, etc, most of the afternoon from I think 6-6.

Solo woman traveler. I chose this hotel because of the good reviews and it didn’t disappoint. The staff is absolutely fantastic and always willing to help with a smile on their faces. The hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained. I got an upgraded room and let me tell you the ocean view is worth every penny. As a single woman safety and comfort are number one priority. Every person I interacted with was respectful, nice and kind. Cabo is pretty safe to begin with but this hotel and their transportation team make it even safer. The food is great, whether you need a quick bite, a full meal or a celebration dinner, they have it all. There’s always a bar available for some great drinks. I especially loved the lobby bar with all the entertainment they have going on every night and the incredible and kind bartender who made sure I had a super fun birthday night. Can’t wait to be back.

The staff very courteous and helpful with a smile on their face. The place was very clean The cleaning staff came to clean our every day. The food and drinks very good. Noise level very controlled never heard people under, above our floor or next door.

Service was excellent. Food was delicious. All inclusive worth it. Buffet open all day. Hand made quezadillas and eggs to order. Fast food open till 6. Pizza 12 to 5 pm. Mini Starbucks like place. Good coffee,mini sandwiches and delicious pastries.
