The hotel is very good overall, super clean, and the staff is super friendly. Great for families with children, very family-friendly. The all-inclusive system was the best I've ever experienced. The only downside was that I forgot to leave my wallet in the safe and $40 disappeared from it, but it was my fault for not putting it in the safe anyway.

Everything was fine. The only thing I wasn't happy with was the lack of sea swimming. The waves were too big and the beach was unfriendly. I wish there was a beach, of course, because people go to Mexico to swim in the sea.

The room was clean, the staff were incredibly friendly and polite. The view was nice, they had nice beach party the first night we stayed in. The sad part was not able to able to swim in the ocean. As far as food, it was okay not the greatest. We did end going out to eat few times.
