The staff were very accommodating and nice. The rooms were clean, but I found the beds firm. The walls of the resort are thin and lots of outside noise can be heard while you are trying to sleep. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and well kept. The buffet food was a real disappointment but I realized this before I booked from other reviews. The pizza place near the pool honestly makes some of the best pizza that I have ever had. The TV's in the lounge could be bigger. Overall for the price that I paid, it was worth it. Plus lots of really nice golf courses in the area and good restaurants across the street.

The staff were kind, and the entertainment and shows were good. The food was average, as expected for an all-inclusive resort. Unfortunately, the Murphy bed in our room was not usable, and despite repeated promises, our room was never changed.

The pool area was great, never really crowded. They had several pools in different areas of the property. Loved that we could walk right onto the beach. Was able to walk right into the waves and enjoy them. Our room was on the street side of the hotel and the lights at night were beautiful and could see up to the mountain range.

Everything was great customer service was really good , careful with people on the right when you walk in, they try and sell you and say it’s only half hour but it’s 3 hours of your time. You do get excursions but you trade your precious vacation time for them. Overall amazing time, great for families!

The rooms were clean. Staffs were excellent and prompt. Staffs at the bar, snack bar, pool bar were doing an excellent job. The snack bar and pizza place stood out. Breakfast buffet was good. The dinner buffet was good. There are other restaurants but we need to reserve them. The app to book those rooms didnt work as the place was crowded. There were shows everyday inside the resort.
