The Hyatt Ziva is a beautiful resort. The rooms are kind of dated, but what the rooms lack the staff and the food definitely make up for would definitely stay again. I had a server by the name of Geo that worked the pool area and he was phenomenal thank you guys again. Service was impeccable.

The staff here is super friendly and always willing to assist. Room was immaculate and cleaning staff is always on top of things. Not a single meal went without great food. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you to all of the staff that helped to personalize the stay throughout.

Excellent experience at this Hyatt with senior(disability) and small kids. Pool is amazing, lobby has one of the best ocean views. Room service is awesome, staff is friendly, i think they clean rooms twice a day.

We gathered at this resort for our annual family reunion, and every single one of us absolutely loved our stay! First of all, the food quality was excellent, and the staff members were consistently helpful, kind, and professional. We loved hanging out by the pool and the bars, while the kids had a blast at the kids' club. The buffet offered a great variety of options, and the specialty restaurants—Italian, Mexican, Steakhouse, and Hibachi were all consistently fantastic. To top it all off, our ocean-view rooms provided a spectacular sight that we enjoyed every day.

Very friendly staff, we loved the food stands. Some of them were very, very delicious. The buffet was very average however, overall it was very fun. The hotel is located only 15 minutes from the airport, which made it super easy.

This is a good hotel, the food selection is very good, the staff is AMAZING and it is SO CLEAN. They used to have a piano bar, but now just one sports bar, but when we were there it was full of kids running around and screaming at 10pm. I’d say it’s more of a good young family resort,
