We loved the Hyatt Ziva! It’s clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was great and far better than any other resort that we’ve stayed at. You cannot swim at most of the resorts in Cabo, but we did play in the edge of the water. We would highly recommend the Hyatt Ziva!

A fabulous property. The service at time suffers due to lot of people. Rooms are cleaned only by late afternoon. Staff are nice polite and friendly. Overall an enjoyable stay

This is our 2nd time to this resort. Great views! Amazing staff! The pools are great! We were greeted with an Expedia banner on the door and received a plate of strawberries and a bottle of wine. We are gold members through Expedia. Halfway through our trip we received a basket of fruit and a bottle of champagne. Very clean resort. Extremely attentive staff. We’ve been to other Hyatt Zivas and highly recommend them!

Room was clean. Mattress was worn out but was replaced upon request. Adult pool was well maintained and well staffed. All restaurants and poolside snacks were very good. Good selection at morning buffet. Drinks around the resort were consistently good. Waiters and waitresses were friendly and attentive. We will return to this resort in the future.

Trini was our personal butler and he was our go to one man army. We stayed in all inclusive so relaying his recommendations for food, city tours and other activities to do in the hotel including reservations in the hotel (8 restaurants) was a game changer. He really knows what he is doing.
