Vacations Close To Cabo San Lucas Bay

The elevator doesn’t work and my husband was trapped in it as soon as we arrived. The gym was unusable as it was under water. There is nothing close by in terms of groceries, the Walmart is closest but would be a 25 minute walk and do not recommend it. The appliances worked but all the cupboards smelled strong like vinegar. The safe didn’t work and the door code didn’t work and when we locked the door it still banged around because it didn’t fit properly. The pool was nothing special at all. The place was large, nice bedding, tons of towels, but overall not worth it. We were happy to check out. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Amazing resort. Very helpful staff. Food is great. Should consider adding halal meat options to restaurants!

Had a great time

I asked for clean sheets on the first day, their ac is outdated and the rooms feel humid, I would never come back, some staff in the restaurant could be really rude (Luis) however some can be really kind and helpful. In general, if you look like their ideal customer, you might not get the all-star service. They really prioritize a certain kind of customer and don't treat all customers the same. The hotel itself is nice; it is an older property. The beach is very nice.
