Vacations Close To Lover's Beach

The entertainment staff was great. Very Friendly and helpful. Adults pool was a bit dirty, did advised one of the staff members. Gym was closed about two days due to no electricity. Spa was closed as well due to electricity and and when we tried to book on Wednesday it was closed as well. Some areas by the pools did have a sewer smell.

Amazing resort. Very helpful staff. Food is great. Should consider adding halal meat options to restaurants!

Our first room was in bad condition, so they had to change us on the second day, which was a major inconvenience. The refrigerator was broke, the shower was broke and the phone had no directory on it. The bar tenders at the swim up pool were very rude, the 24hr lounge had no food in it after coming back from the club. I expected better from Riu, but I was disappointed.

My only complaint is that people get out at 6 am to save pool chairs with towels and then disappear. No chairs left by 9 am. Great resort and I will go back.

We booked the 2 bedroom suite with ocean view. Unfortunately there’s construction blocking the gorgeous view. It can initially be seen in their lobby. We couldn’t enjoy the balcony and plunge pool. The staff was accommodating enough to change our rooms but it was still the same view. Their rooftop pool will eventually have a building blocking their view depending on how high it’ll get built. Aside from that, the resort is very nice and the staff are very friendly!
