Very friendly staff and the area was very clean

Overall customer service was unsatisfactory. Staff wasn’t very helpful only a handful were nice and friendly. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I would look into other places that have better service and value for the price we paid.

Its a quiet luxury property with great staff and service. If you are expecting lots of activities or an live evening life, this might not be the best choice. However, for a relaxing and peaceful getaway this is the perfect resort. The food is great throughout all restaurants on the property. Pescado’s was our favorite- great menu and taste!

Our stay at Pueblo Bonito was just okay. I wouldn't say it was terrible, but I also wouldn't say it was amazing. The biggest disappointment was definitely the food. In my opinion, the food quality was pretty terrible and could use a lot of improvement, especially for a resort of this caliber. On the positive side, the drinks were wonderful! They offer premium liquor, tequila, beer, and mixed drinks, which we really enjoyed. Another highlight was the convenient beach access, which made it easy to enjoy the beautiful ocean and surroundings. Overall, the drinks and beach access were the best parts of our stay. Unfortunately, the food was a major letdown and really affected our overall experience.

Benefit of this have pool party fun. Bit over priced, pool side food area has flies on food a lot. One day we got to one restaurant in hotel and one of staff as rudely said oh we jave 10 min left, we are closing, take food from buffet as we are not taking order. This restaurant front of pool fanta la side. All over was clean room and great house keeping service. Room service takes forever FYI.
