Very nice location for a motel, location was under construction during my stay but I had no issues aside from a little noise during mid day

The room was okay. It would be nice if there were lamps next to the bed instead of overhead lighting. Also the lock did not lock. It made me a little uncomfortable.

I like the jacuzzi tub. Staff was nice. Would stay again

The staff including the maids were all very helpful with everything. The property had a lot of construction going on and the elevator was very slow and nosy. I was afraid that it was going to break down.

The hotel is central to what I needed to do in Santa Cruz. Jake's Coffee is ten steps from the driveway to the hotel.

Don't be fooled by the outside, inside is fantastic. Newly renovated and clean inside. Loved that they have ceramic mugs to use in room. Having a gas fire in room was lovely. Plenty of towels. Close to everything

Near the SJC airport, convenient for travel to other places. Traffic is good for self driving.

Room is out of date and needs improvements in the bathroom. The towel bar fell off twice. The breakfast room is way too small to be used as such. People were literally stepping all over each other. Way to expensive for the quality of facilities.
