Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient and walkable to all the restaurants and stores. Parking was free and right at the hotel. We would stay here again if we ever come back to Los Gatos.

They don’t clean everyday so if you need more coffee or cups or towels you have to ask for them at the desk when someone is available at the desk. Parking is $35 per night. Otherwise the location was nice, and convenient to walk in downtown to the park or restaurants. Beds were comfortable.

Everything was great. Only issue was, some tiles in the bathroom door were loose and the door to the bathroom was very difficult to close. Didn’t use it. Otherwise, room and staff were great.

The hotel was really nice and pretty and had a great location. It is right next to a brewery which was perfect for us. The only thing that is missing is a pool! We were pretty bummed there was no pool. Also, it states that it has a bar but the bar is only open in the morning during breakfast! In the evening there was a staff member that it seemed to be an inconvenience any time I asked him something. I asked him if he can turn on the fire pit and his response was “in a minute I am in the middle of something” he was vacuuming his desk area! Where we sat there were 2 fire pits together and one was out of gas so instead of taking it form a different one (there were about 5 and only we were using them) he simply said, that one is out of gas and left. Other than that, the rooms are spacious and clean.

I love staying at the Toll House because of it's proximity to the Sunday Farmers Market and Downtown. It's well maintained, clean and staff are friendly. It's reasonably priced in comparison to some other Los Gatos hotels.
