We love this hotel. It's within walking distance to Alvarado Street and other shops/restaurants, the rooms are always clean and a noon checkout time is such a bonus. The staff is always polite and helpful. We've never had a bad stay. The pool was cold this time and the lock is very janky, however My key wouldn't work and neither would the maintenance guy's, but he was great and got the gate open.

Great location and spacious room. Our room was warm and stuffy initially but keeping the windows helped tremendously.
