Housekeeping leaves at 11 AM. If you need anything after that, you're on your own. The front desk staff is rarely available or helpful.

The room we booked was in poor condition. The lobby was nice but when we arrived, the internet was down and we had to wait in the car for an hour. When we went in, they checked us in on paper and were irritated when we said we had dogs. The pool was closed which upset the kids.

We had a GREAT stay! The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Location was very convenient.

This is a very nice hotel. It is an older building, but the rooms have been completely remodeled, the beds were comfortable and staff very nice. Even changed towels every day. It is less than a block from the convention center and very convenient to restaurants. They were remodeling the restaurant, so you had to go off site to eat. I would highly recommend if you were in town for a convention.
