Water as soon as we got to the hotel @ 4pm was cold in shower. Sink was hot,there wasn’t a lot of people there yet. We told the front desk and maintenance wasn’t there. Told them the following day they said it was due to all the people. We booked this hotel by accident as we had a bad experience the year before. Staff was nice but never fixed the water and we stayed 3 nights, of lukewarm water

Very nice, friendly staff at check in and check out. Whole place smelled good, clean, decorated for fall made it seem welcoming. Room was fantastic! Comfortable bedding, super quiet, shower was like a spa! Really liked the Alice + Co bath products. Free breakfast was an added plus! Will stay again!

I was really pleased with the location and the condition of this hotel. We only stayed one night (passing through), but it was clean & quiet, and the breakfast the next morning was filling. As a side note, we ate at the Old Fort restaurant for dinner, which was literally right down the street. I recommend it, as well!
