The staff members are truly friendly and welcoming. It appears they're trying to update the rooms, which is great. The wifi was speedy, which can matter to some people. It's a reasonable place for the price. The reason I won't return is a cockroach looking bug crawled across the floor of my room in the first half hour of being there. It's probably an exception. But that's an easy Not Again for us.

Yes. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable and the lady checking us in (and helping layer) was very pleasant and helpful. The location was excellent for us and the price is hard to beat for all the above. One might have a somewhat better breakfast elsewhere, but it was certainly sufficient for us at this time and not a factor in choosing to stay there.
