“Overall, our one-night stay at Vasa Hotel Surabaya was excellent. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel very welcome. We were greeted with complimentary dessert tarts, which was a thoughtful gesture and a lovely way to start our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and well maintained. My wife and I also really enjoyed the fitness center and were impressed by the hotel’s beautiful, modern architecture and overall atmosphere. The hotel has plenty of convenient amenities...

“Muy buena opción de Hotel, centrico en la mejor zona y buen servicio. ”

“Friendly staff and an unbeatable location, the hotel sits directly under Pakuwon Mall, so shopping and food are right at your doorstep. Room maintenance could be improved though, the toilet blind couldn't be lowered, which is a bit awkward given the open toilet concept. Overall still a solid stay and deserves a thumbs up!”
