“Room was clean, staff were friendly, breakfast buffet was good.”

“Terrible experience, they canceled my reservation without notifying me. I arrived at the hotel at night only to find out that they had canceled my booking to resell it at a higher price to someone else, taking advantage of the fact that Liverpool FC was playing that day. They didn’t care about leaving us stranded on the street at midnight, in the cold, me and my dad, who is 70 years old and it is his first time in the UK, forcing us to search for another hotel at that hour, and none had...

“Ambiente acogedor. Muy silencioso ”

“There was an issue at check in regarding our family room whereby the expedia booking info hadn't pulled through correctly to the hotel. I would recommend emailing the hotel after booking to reconfirm everything. The family room was a decent size, although towels were stained and the free mini's were half used. The pool facilities were lovely. The pool was a little chilly, but jacuzzi very nice and warm.”

“Lovely building but service is poor and the food/breakfast is terrible. Cleaning not great either. We stayed in a room with multiple power cable extension leads/plugs Daisy chained across the floor… no way this is legal in UK. ”

“Brand new modern bathrooms with powerful shower. Room a bit dated but they are working on it. Staff are lovely there is even a pool.”

“Thr Hotel was ok, but I"ve had a big prpblem with EXPEDIA. DON'T BOOK WUITH THEM !!! I had to leave the Hotel after the first night because I have a sight disability and it was difficult for me to reach the room. The Hotel was ok with it and told me they didn´t opose to the return of the money I had paid for the resting 4 nights. But Expedia don't want to return it to me. So, they keep 726 pounds that don't belong to them. I think I'll have to sue Expedia. ”
