The hotel was beautiful and clean, staff went out of their way to be helpful. The spa was great and I loved the pool. Breakfast was ok but after choosing the fish option at an extra cost I found the fish to be rather overcooked. Otherwise excellent.

The hotel staff did what they had to do the bar staff not so glasses left on tables having to wait to be served even when the bar was pretty empty the rooms were clean and comfortable but for the cost lacked a fridge no tissues in the bathroom no fan as there was no air conditioning stay in better hotels in Chester for a lot less with much better vibes and atmosphere don’t feel I’d recommend this hotel to any friends

Our second stay at this lovely hotel. It’s elegant without being stuck up. All the staff were lovely. I had the most fantastic green curry in Drakes restaurant; a good nights sleep in very comfortable bed; a great breakfast (yogurt, fresh pineapple and fruit coulis especially appreciated!); and a nice dip in the pool before leaving. Thanks!
