“Extremely clean and comfortable apartment perfect for 2 people. Very well located for Brixton Academy where we were going for a gig also very close to the tube. Shortly arrival we noticed that the fridge wasn’t working but luckily Desmond from maintenance just happened to be in the building visiting another apartment at the time and came to check and got it working for us, he was very helpful and friendly we also received a follow up email from Your Apartment team that evening to check that...

“The host was never able to be contacted and we never had access to the apartment.. My money was taken and I am seemingly not getting it back. This listing seems to be fraudulent and Expedia acts like there is nothing they can do. It is ridiculous that this is how this scam is being handled.. ”

“The apartment is good, with two bedrooms, balcony, two bathrooms and kitchen. It doesn't is equipped with A/C, but the windows provide a cooling breeze from Thames river.”

“This property could have been rated better if they did a better job of communications. Would have been nice to know when they would communicate exact address and check-in information - 5 hours before causes a bit of stress. Also, no information within the property on wifi or how to use anything. That too would have been helpful. Luckily I figured out the wifi myself, but not sure everyone would be able to do this. But, it was clean and a good location for our trip, so all good!”
