Property was close to underground station. Lots of places to eat nearby and a park to relax in. Very clean building. Room was larger than expected, bathroom as well. Staff were always available and very helpful. Very secure! Breakfast was good and had a diverse selection of food and drinks. Coffee and tea available 24-7, fully stocked snack area for a fee.

If I ever go to London again, I will be staying at the this hotel again. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. I especially liked that they had washers and dryers to do laundry. After being in France for a couple days I had quite a bit of laundry to do and this saved me from buying clothes. The pub next door was great for food and beer. All in all, IGH properties are great places to stay.

I couldn’t speak more highly of our stay — truly excellent in every way. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make us feel welcome. Breakfast was a real highlight, with something for everyone and absolutely nothing missing.
