Excellent location with large comfortable room. One minute from the nearest tube station, 5 minute walk to Big Ben, and Sainsburys and Pret right next door made for a very easy trip. This hotel is wonderfully located and clean, with very friendly and welcoming staff. The restaurant ran low on food twice during my stay, once for breakfast and once for dinner, so this is an area for improvement. However, you are in close walking distance to fantastic dining experiences including Sista Barista for breakfast, Cotto for dinner and you are also minutes from Lower Marsh Street. I will definitely stay here again.

Nice clean hotel in a very convenient location. There are 2-3 supermarkets within metres; nice cafe; post office, chicken and sandwich shops closeby; eat street 50m away. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. There is a guest laundry in the basement which was a godsend after being 5 weeks abroad. Tube station not far away. The only downside was the gym is extremely small with little equipment. Cleaning is done every second day, if you require daily there is a charge.
