Hotel was modern, comfy beds, bathrooms were clean and had everything we wanted or needed. Sofa bed was also comfortable. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Bonus (after staying at Novotel Nice Arenas and Waterloo), the play area of kids, they loved it

This hotel was exceptional. Very clean. Staff was friendly and professional. Location of this hotel is very convenient. It is very close (walkable) to many London sites but not in the busy tourist areas. Highly recommend.

You can walk to many touristic locations from there but it is unsafe by night. The first floors smells like fish very strong. You can do so much better for the same price

Nice property just next door to Lambeth Palace, the historic home of Britain's preeminent clergy. Walking distance to central London sights such as the Eye. Even closer are cute streets with affordable and tasty dining and some shopping options.

This property was only 15 minutes walking to the Big Ben, Parlamento, Eye of London, the room were clean, but the first room that they give us the restroom was small, the door doesn’t close and the water coming out, we talked and they change to another room much better, they don’t let you coming check in early, we have to wait to 3:00pm sharp for check in, the hotel have breakfast very good for 20 pounds. In overall that was a good option for staying in London

Staff were amazing, very polite and accommodating. Room was fine tea coffee making facilities and a recyclable water bottle. The down side was the area, it was far from any convenience stores so you just have to remember to pick up snacks and drinks before you get back to the hotel. Traffic was bad so it wasn’t worth taking a bus to Westminster it was quicker to walk. Nearest tube was Lambeth North which was still a 12-15 minute walk.

Stayed with my husband and our 12 year old and the hotel was great. We were able to walk everywhere and the restaurant at the hotel was really convenient on the days we didn’t want to go out for dinner. The room is spacious for Europe standards and the hotel was very clean. Would stay there again!
