We had a wonderful stay. Location was perfect, the staff were always friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good although very crowded already when they start at 7 during weekends. Rooms were cleaned very well and smell really good. Elevators work fast. There is a Tesco Express nearby.

Absolutely LOVED this hotel. It had a very sexy vibe, dark hallways with sleek LED lighting, modern bathroom, big windows, even the elevator was cool. The guy checking us in was very nice and upgraded us to a river view room for no extra charge… and the view was absolutely incredible (we were on the 16th floor). I would absolutely come back to this hotel if I was ever in London again.

The cleanliness, great staff and perfect location cannot be beat. We could see Big Ben, the Eye, the Globe and Tate Modern from the entrance to this Park Plaza. Also it is walking distance to a major tube stop and the imperial war museum. Also the neighborhood feels very safe and has several bus lines stopping right in front of the hotel. I would definitely recommend staying here.
