I was lucky enough to check in earlier than 3pm as my room was ready. The room itself was very bright and larger than I expected. Staff were very helpful as well. I would recommend this hotel to others without hesitation.

We love the Ruby Lucy it’s in such a great location in terms of visiting things in London but also in terms of great bars, restaurants & shops right outside the hotel. The hotel is clean & the staff are really helpful. We love the balcony rooms especially in the hot weather it’s great to be able to sit & chill on your own balcony!

I would highly recommend Ruby Lucy Hotel London for its great location (a couple of blocks from the London Eye, one block from the Old Vic Theatre and two blocks from Waterloo tube and national rail station) and fun atmosphere. The rooms are good and the breakfast is good. I stay on the higher floors to avoid street noise and noise from the ground floor bar, and this has worked well. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are a dozen restaurants within a block of the hotel including ramen, pizza, Tunisian, Italian, Thai, Cuban and Japanese.

We had an amazing stay at Lucy Ruby! The location is fantastic! Close to the Waterloo station, on a pedestrian street, walking distance to the London Eye, Bug Ben, House of Parliament… Such a great place! The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. A rare 5-star in all categories!

Friendly welcome on arrival and check in was quick and easy. We had a "wow" room and it was really nice. It had a small balcony and was good to sit outside. Area was good and only a short walk to the Southbank centre / festival hall. Breakfast in the morning was a simple continental affair but just what we were after. Fresh coffee was a great touch. Would stay again.

The Ruby Lucy was a good find, a little bit further to walk to some places than we’d initially imagined but nice area especially if you stick to the main roads. Hotel team were great, very friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Disappointed the window was totally opaque and inopenable and also one side of bed up against the wall when the room was big enough for it not to be. Shower was nice although public as only behind glass and in the room. Otherwise nice stay.

Super cute hotel! Funky decor, clean, comfortable. The shower was glass and open to the room with a curtain that could be shut, but one side is still clear glass so keep in mind if you want more privacy. Not sure if all rooms have this, though. A/C was great. Outlets are next to bed for charging devices. Very nice staff. VERY cool bar and lounge area. It’s located on a street that is mainly for pedestrians, with restaurants, pubs, and shops. Very nice area for just hanging out. Easy to get transportation to explore this very walkable city! Would stay again and definitely recommend!

Located in a wonderful part of London - so close to the Tube and also walkable to great restaurants, Westminster, Parliament, and more. I also loved that I could borrow a guitar and take it to my room and play. Super fun vibe at the Ruby Lucy!

Very glad we booked the balcony, ended our evening with a very tasty cocktail from the bar outside watching the world go by. Everyone that worked there were really friendly. The room was lovely and airy, and having a Marshall speaker to connect to was a great touch. The room was quite bright in the morning, because everything in there is white, this wasn’t a problem for us at all as I always sleep with an eye mask anyway. A brilliant location, on a really vibrant street with some great amenities nearby. We will definitely come again when next in London!
