We have just had a great one nights stay here, and were fortunate to be upgraded to an executive studio with a city view. The room was very well appointed and had everything and more than we needed. All the staff we interacted with were very efficient and professional and happy to help in whatever way possible. The hotel is within a short walking distance of Waterloo train station and a close walk to the Southbank and Westminster. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and will be going back.
