“Absolutely loved Holly Lodge nothing needs changing at all”

“I loved my stay here. The location is perfect. Ambleside is very walkable so everything was close. The room had windows with beautiful views of the town, and I really appreciated there being a full length mirror in there. It was quiet and comfortable. Meg and John take great care of their guests. I was given a parking disc that could be used at a few different car parks in the area. Breakfast was absolutely lovely with a lot of choices. I’m so pleased with my choice to stay here!”

“There was a large car park and a lovely garden. The house is tucked away in a quiet part of Windermere but you can walk into town in 5-10 minutes. The choice at breakfast was great and the food was delicious. Very friendly and professional staff- could thoroughly recommend”
