“The location is excellent with easy access to riverside restaurants and transport hubs. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was really good with a lovely view of Keel Square. Breakfast was OK but overcrowded on three occasions.”

Staff were lovely, although the barstaff were yoing and inexperienced clearly not knowing what goes onto what cocktails etc... I would consider staying again, but probably only if there was an offer on”

“En general, es buen hotel. Sería mejor si el personal fuera más atento con los huéspedes. Cuando llegamos a hacer check inn, nos dieron una habitación para discapacitados…, lo hicimos saber a la recepción y se nos dijo que “todas las habitaciones eran iguales”. Al día siguiente, lo volvimos a señalar al encargado y nos dio otra habitación, completamente diferente, y muy cómoda; nada qué ver con la primera. La limpieza de las habitaciones es muy mala, ambos cuartos siempre estuvieron llenos de...

“Perfect location on the coast”

“Very comfortable room. Clean and well presented. Shower drain needs attention and would benefit from a soap dish. Breakfast was absolutely excellent. Would happily stay there again.”
