Great stay at Vienna Hotel! Perfect central location near the Canton Fair, with plenty of shops and sights nearby. The front desk was warm and welcoming—check-in was fast and easy. Our room was spotless and comfortable. As a business traveler with family, I really appreciated the thoughtful service throughout. We loved everything and will definitely stay again on our next trip to Guangzhou!

There was no airport shuttle

This is a very clean and pleasant hotel. I greatly appreciated the fact that the room was cleaned and the towels changed every day. I also appreciated the laundry service. The staff are genuinely friendly, but the language barrier—particularly regarding English—makes communication difficult. The Wi-Fi connection, however, is very poor. As for breakfast, the establishment should offer more American-style dishes, as the hotel's clientele consists of more than just Chinese guests. Furthermore, it would be necessary to vary the offerings or show a bit more creativity; indeed, if you stay for more than a week, you will end up eating exactly the same thing every morning. Finally, the hotel is truly far from the airport: plan for a travel time of approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes.

Absolutely loved my stay at Xana Hotel! The central location is unbeatable—right in downtown Guangzhou, close to the train station, and surrounded by amazing local food options. As a business traveler with family, I truly appreciated the warm and friendly front desk staff who made check-in incredibly fast and smooth. The room was spotless, comfortable, and the thoughtful service throughout my stay really stood out. Everything was just perfect. I already look forward to staying here again on my next trip to Guangzhou. Highly recommended!

Absolutely 5-star experience! Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is super convenient, close to restaurants and transport. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious and well-equipped with comfortable beds. Staff members were polite, warm and responsive to all my requests. Breakfast had a great variety of delicious food. I had a relaxing and wonderful stay, will definitely come back and highly recommend to everyone!
