We loved staying at the centrally located hotel. Rooms are comfortable and bathrooms are very nice. I asked to stay in the hotels for extra 2 hours and the front desk graciously gave me the time. The central air system works strangely, but we opened the window for some cool air, it worked for our stay

Location is superb. Smacked right in the middle of Nanjing Road. So convenient. Room was spacious and bright. The only down side was the housekeeping staff either chatting amongst themselves or on their phone so loudly in the early morning and it disrupted our sleep. Other than this. Everything is good.

We stayed in the hotel for four nights. The hotel is well maintained and our room is spotless and the mattress is good. The size of the TV well exceeded our expectation. The water pressure of the shower was low but okay. The breakfast was very good especially the salad bar and fruit, and Chinese food. The bakery is on the low side and worse than those offered a couple of years back when we stayed in the same hotel. Coffee (espresso, latte,…) were very good and the staff were very tentative to clean tables and reload milk to coffee machines. Once you are done with your breakfast, you can take a cup of coffee/latte/… with you. Thank the hotel for this warm gesture. The location of the hotel is clearly the best with a metro station just some 2-3 hundreds away. Overall very happy with the stay.

This is a beautiful hotel with excellent rooms. Everything is well organized and very clean. The staff is very professional and friendly. If you’re booking through Expedia for 3 people it’s not guaranteed you will get a place for each person to sleep. My wife and I booked with our 17 year old son and was told it’s not guaranteed a rollaway bed will be provided and despite booking for 3 an extra charge was charged for the bed we did eventually get. AC isn’t great and TV did not work. Breakfast was good.
