We had a pleasant stay at the Crowne Plaza. It was conveniently located on Nanjing Road, and we appreciated the water every day. It was very quiet on the floor until some children were running in the halls late on our last night.

I was here for a short business trip. While the interior design appeared alittle dated, the service level was exceptional. I absentmindedly left my watch in the room and had to make arrangements to retrieve it. The process was smooth and the response from GSM was fast. Thank you so much to all the staff and GSM I interacted with . Will definitely consider the hotel in my next visit.

We loved staying at the centrally located hotel. Rooms are comfortable and bathrooms are very nice. I asked to stay in the hotels for extra 2 hours and the front desk graciously gave me the time. The central air system works strangely, but we opened the window for some cool air, it worked for our stay
