Unbeaten location. As great as all Shangri-La hotels. Friendly staff. Both swimming pools are crystal clean but sometimes a little bit crowded. Some furniture in the room might show wear-and-tear with aging.

Also easy to know what kind of service are available) For BF, it was nice with fresh fruit juice but too much portion of dumpling and not fully controlled (need to wait or cant eat sometimes as it is not equipped quickly(
