I was very impressed with the timely response of staff who assisted with arranging a wonderful half day tour of Old Shanghai and the French Concession. The hotel room was spacious and very clean. Check in was also very smooth and David was very helpful in assisting with joining Fans of M.O. and readily assisted with explaining the many facilities at the hotel. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of options—from fresh pastries to a build-your-own congee station. We also received two complimentary laundry items per day, which was very convenient.
