First of all, hotel staff were superb from reception to cleaning service. Lots of places to eat some hidden in department stores. We checked out at least two social media raved about restaurants which were nearby (walkable) and they lived up to their hype! We also made use of the metro which is also nearby. In summary, would stay at this hotel again.

Hotel is in a great location it’s as center as you can get in Shanghai close to one of the most popular shopping streets that leads you right down to the bund. Great views from the higher floors of the Shanghai skyline and nice size rooms would recommend especially for any western travelers to Shanghai, much appreciated, cheers!

The hotel is located near NanJing Rd, a famous shopping district. Walking distance to shopping areas and restaurant. It is an old hotel so the rooms and the lobby areas start to show the age. Nevertheless, the room is clean. The staff from the front desk was help when I bought cold meds at 3 am in the morning. She managed to have a robot to delivering the meds to my room. Good breakfast options.
