Cabañas en Birtley

“First and foremost the property was clean, functional and offered value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful, although our experience of room service was let down by dirty cups being left. We found the hotel lacked character, everything about it was functional and not interesting. This extended to the breakfast, our experience of which was behind not eating supper there. This is not a criticism of the hotel, it is my view. Based on reviews I expected a little more than we got....

“Every time I travel back north I stay at this place as it's friendly, has what you need and more-aka the restaurant next door and nearby to bigger shops too”

“One the most beautiful hotels that I have been, a real medieval castle in the middle of nowere, with al the 21th century facilities. Amazing!!!”

“Staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly! Great place to stay !”

“The breakfast choice was excellent as was the area where breakfast was served, Two members of staff stood out to us Jasmine on reception and Olivia in the restaurant such lovely girls they made our visit special.”

“The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble Breakfast was excellent (especially the croissants)”

“The water output in thw shower is not as strong as we would like it to be. The sink is clogged with hair from previous guests. We stayed for 2 nights and they did not refill our rooms with water. They took our small towels on the first day of cleaning but did not replace it with new ones.”
