We also had a lovely guest decide to smash the room up under us and threaten everyone police called not 1 member of staff checking anyone was ok

“No shower gel or soap in the bathroom.
House keeping should check on the bottles of gel everyday. Room service was ok, but I won’t come back. I phoned front desk and house keeping numbers for several minutes and no one ever answer. Poor service ! ”

“No tiene estacionamiento propio. Te mandan a uno con el que tiwnen convenio y esta a 5 cuadras. La habitacion tenia olor a tabaco. Estaban remodelando o reparando varias habitaciones en el piso y no habia mucho silencio para descansar. La TV no tenia conectividad con dispositivos moviles. ”

“Great stay however the rooms were not overly clean. It seems housecleaning need to rush to get rooms ready and do a basic wipe over, but it is not really to the standard expected of a 4star hotel. Hotel staff were friendly and grounds and common areas were very nice. Food a little disappointing (plates hot but breakfast not). With some attention to detail this property would be really good 😊”
