Despite the fact that they are undergoing renovations, I really enjoyed my stay. All staff members were helpful, friendly and welcoming. I took great advantage of the pool in the leisure centre. My room was clean and comfortable with a nice outlook over the barges on the Quays. Breakfast was particularly nice for a self-serve, all food fresh and tasty. I will be back.

Rooms are well appointed and clean with comfortable, large beds. The quality of food at breakfast was good, but hotel was very busy and there were not enough staff on to keep the breakfast buffet replenished and clear tables, and seating was at a premium. A little chaotic. The hotel is undergoing refurbishment and so these issues may well resolve. There is a car park which is run privately and you have to pay for. It’s not really large enough for a hotel of that size.
