The bedroom was really clean and modern. I was disappointed to have to pay £8 for parking and we met some disgruntled people at the shared spa but overall, it was good value for money.

Great stay. Free late checkout when signing up to Best Western club so a couple hours spent in the pool. Staff excellent, rooms recently refurbished and room view overlooking the quays. Highly recommended! Thanks

Lovely room

What let the hotel down was we had communicated the day before but when we arrived check in was slow and the bar and restaurant was shut!! The rooms are lovely and so clean and comfortable. Breakfast good value for money some pastries would be nice.

Recent rooms refurbishment has been carried out to a very good standard. Rooms are a good size, clean and comfortable. Hotel is in easy walking distance of the city centre.

Very upset two days notice no resturant open since February why only just tell customers ? This was too late to changed .Also this hotel supports housing for refugees this should be stated in the hotel details .

The hotel has changed a lot weve been staying at this hotel for years the new refurbish room wash lovely very nice especially the shower luxurious staff in barr and restaurant work hard and couldn't do enough for us

Visiting my son at university

The room was amazing and comfortable. There was refurbishment going on while we were there but the was not any disturbance of noise. The only downfall was the breakfast, the hot food often run out with long waiting time for this to be replenished.

The hotel was under refurbishment and the bar and restaurant were both closed. I was not informed of this until late on in the booking when rooms in alternative hotels were expensive. The quays area is quite unappealing and boy racers speeding up and down the road on a night is a distraction too
