Staff are very friendly. I had to leave early on the last day and they were happy to supply paper bags so I could bring my breakfast with me. There are a few stains on the carpet but otherwise very clean. I have a larger car so I couldn't use the nearby car park as it has a 1.8 height restriction

Great location but hotel is badly let down by poor room. We had a shower which didn’t drain therefore flooded the bathroom also the sink didn’t drain. The wardrobe was very difficult to close, the WiFi was weak so could not get connected. The decor was scruffy and we could not get the heating to work. There was a portable radiator so suspect this was a previous issue. Very disappointed overall as you can guess. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was ok

Lovely hotel with beautiful features. Our Deluxe room had the most incredibly comfortable bed and feather pillows so sleep was excellent. We ate in the bar which was good, plentiful and really tasty - although it took a longer time to come - but that just meant it was cooked for us to order.
