The rooms had wooden floors which I really liked, felt clean and modern. The bathroom had a huge shower and was clean. It was in a great location, very close to the city hall where we were going for an event. My only issue was we went to the rooftop bar and the staff member who served us came across as very bored and not friendly which was a disappointment as everyone else seemed very friendly there.

Location is brilliant for solo travellers who want to enjoy the city. I was on a break from my busy life so the restaurant at the rooftop came in handy. I ordered room service and it was a dream. Fresh towels, fresh bed and good food! What’s not to love.

Excellent hotel and it’s location is perfect when visiting Sheffield. We were at a concert in city hall which is literally across the square . Will definitely recommend this hotel. Also the food in the restaurant is is good too 😉

We had a really lovely stay at the Radisson Blu Sheffield. The hotel is beautifully designed, very clean and the rooms are a great size. Check-in was really easy and the customer service throughout was excellent. We were also really impressed with the housekeeping team. We accidentally left some money behind in the room after checking out, and it was found, logged and we were contacted through the hotel’s lost-property system. It was very reassuring and says a lot about how trustworthy and professional the team are. The only issue we had was getting to the hotel and the parking. A number of the surrounding roads were closed, so finding the hotel initially was a bit of a challenge. We also had to take a longer route to get to the car park, which added around 10 minutes to the journey. Once parked though, the walk back to the hotel was only about five minutes, so it wasn’t too bad. Apart from that, we had no complaints at all. Great location, lovely hotel, spacious rooms and excellent service. We would definitely stay again.
