Excellent all round. Parking easy, a decent amount of space despite us arriving late on a Friday evening. Staff were wonderfully friendly and welcoming, and our room was really spacious with everything we needed. Very peaceful sleep, with quiet but effective air conditioning making for a comfortable night. Breakfast was superb, wide choice and pleasant surroundings.

If you are visiting Sheffield you can’t go wrong with a stay at this hotel. So easy into sheffield( we were at the Arena) lovely and clean and new. Fab staff and service and food was great in restaurant.

I arrived at the hotel after a long and stressful day, only to find I’d booked myself in on the wrong day. Cassie and her male colleague on the front desk were lovely and so friendly. And they managed to get my booking changed so I could stay that night which was a relief. The hotel itself is lovely, clean, modern and brand new but the staff are exceptional. I will definitely be back.

The staff were genuinely excellent—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. They were kind to accommodate my request for a late checkout when I was running late. The room itself was spotless and well-maintained, which immediately put me at ease. Housekeeping clearly does a great job here, and everything felt fresh and comfortable throughout my stay. Location was good for me as I drove up there, there was enough parking spots. However, just for breakfast, there could be a few more options. Overall a great stay, I would definitely recommend.
