“If you are travelling to Yufuin, Hotel MODA is a must stay. This hotel is immaculate, with attentive staff. I definitely recommend adding the dinner at the hotel to your stay, it was one of the best meals that we had in Japan and the outdoor private Onsen was amazing!”

“Beautiful location. Balcony view over the mountains. Friendly staff, useful amenities in common area.”

“Hotel is an older facility, so our Japanese style room had a little musty odor and facilities were a little dated. Service staff at front desk and restaurants were fantastic. We had a half board plan; the sukiyaki dinner was OK and breakfast was excellent.”

“Lovely place up in the hills”

“Dinner and breakfast were excellent. The onsens were very relaxing.”
