What a wonderful hotel for vacation in Yufuin. The hotel room is immaculate and the staff service is superb. I will stay at Baien Garden Resort again when I visit Yufuin area.

Very big room

Excellent dinner plan in a private room, must try. Also don’t miss out their free private Onsen! All staffs speak excellent English. Giant room.

Great stay!

What a beautiful property. Facilities were very nice and the onsen gave a spectacular view of the mountain. Food provided was delicious and plentiful. Would love to stay again

It was a great opportunity to experience Japanese vibes and cuisine. The only issue I had was the cleanliness. The humidifier had terrible mold and the public bath wasn’t clean. It wasn’t even as clean as cheaper business hotels.

Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Front staff can speak English. Both breakfast and dinner are great. The road path to the Onsen is beautiful. It has both indoor and outdoor. There are family bath and no need to make reservation and you can use it when it is vacant. However we did not try it this time as it occupied. Both Kinrinko and 湯之坪 are note quite close to the hotel, it is better to drive there. Overall is over my expectation and the room rate is reasonable.

The air-conditioning in the room was insufficient, leaving the room fairly cold, especially the toilet room. Amenities in bathroom were not ample, and there was no housekeeping after 10pm. I had to brush my teeth without toothpaste that night. Food was not amazing. I was expecting a better experience with the price I paid.
