An interesting mix of retro western with Japanese style onsen and gardens, this hotel offers rooms with huge, king size beds. We opted for the kaiseki dinner, and they were able to accommodate even though we didn’t reserve it at the time of our booking. The meal was excellent with a range of courses. We drove here, but it looks to be a 20 minute walk from the charming parts of Yufuin

Not coming back to this hotel again.

Location: The hotel is located about 1.6KM (approximately 25 mins walk) from Yufuin Station and food source. Connectivity: WiFi is not available in the room, only in the lobby. Customer Service: Requested for a dinner reservation on the third night of our stay, but got rejected. Requested for two additional pillows, but got rejected again. Service staff at the front desk, uncle with spec, is always grouchy and unfriendly. Room: Huge, but old. There are holes in the blanket. Onsen: Probably the only nice thing in the hotel.

餐廳職員非常親切，泊車方便，不用付費。溫泉酒店標準，所以房間不少。由於不食漁生，職員幫忙安排代替方案，不過最好預訂酒店時提出。

직원들 엄청 친절하고 (특히 한국인 직원) 셔틀이 돼서 좋았으나 숙소가 우리나라 여인숙 정도의 퀄리티였고 화장실 냄새가 심했음 온천은 물은 깨끗하지만 씻는 곳 청소가 안돼 물이 안 빠짐... 식사는 맛은 좋은데 방에서 먹는 카이세키 예상하고 간지라 조금 아쉬웠음

힐링 제대로!!

요즘 날씨도 덥고 몸이 무겁게 느껴져서, 짧게나마 힐링하러 유후인 온천 다녀왔는데, 피로가 풀려서 정말 너~무 좋았습니다~! 뜨끈한 물에 몸도 풀고 뻐근했던 몸풀기로 완벽이었습니다👍👍👍 또 한 가지 좋았던 점은 직원분들이 친절하게 처음 방문하는 사람도 편안하게 이용할 수 있도록 설명을 해주셔서, 너무 좋았어여!! 다음에는 엄마랑 꼭 같이 와서 즐겨야겠다는 생각이 들었습니다잉!! 엄마도 온천을 무척 좋아하시는데 같이 오면 너무 좋아하실거같습니당🙆‍♀️ 잘 즐기다 갑니다~👍

入り口は趣きある老舗旅館風ですが、中は不思議な装飾でした。部屋は広いけど古いマンションをホテルに改装した感じです。自然豊かな場所にあり夏だから仕方ないかもしれませんが、部屋に蚊が２匹いました。露天風呂に行く途中の通路も虫の死骸があったりそういうのが気になる方には合わないかもしれません。露天風呂は空いていとほほ貸し切りでした。予約して利用する貸し切りは桧風呂にはいらましたがぬるかったのと、蜘蛛の巣があったりでした。

前台服務很好，入住時身體不適，也有幫手搵附近藥房。酒店位置在山腰，如沒有自駕很難去到，加上酒店有一定的年代感，設施有點舊，幸好保養得宜。建議用餐一定要揀第一輪，因第二輪上菜好慢，也收唔切餐。

中華風の内装、部屋でWiFiが使えない、朝食はがっかり

・部屋でWiFiが使えない。１階ロビーでのみFreeWiFIが利用できる・水道水は飲用ではない。湯沸器利用が必要とのこと・予約時ホテルに質問したが、回答がなかった。・朝食はレトルトか冷凍食品を盛り付けたもの。フロントに朝食自慢の宿No.1の賞状があったが。・ホテルの内装は中華風。HPでホテルの写真で駐車場から玄関までは雰囲気のいい和風で、露天風呂の写真もよかったが、内装はすべて中華風。真っ赤なドアのエレベーター、内部は金色。部屋の壁紙などインテリアも、どこの国に来たのかわからないような趣味。湯布院にそぐわない。・スタッフはほぼ外国人、頑張っていたと思う。

유후인 료칸

체크인할 때 직원분이 친절하게 맞이해주시고 설명도 잘 해주셔서 감사했어요! 프라이빗 온천을 이용할 수 있다고 해서 체크인할 때 예약하고 이용했고, 저는 히노키탕 이용했어요 탕 향이 너무 좋았고 시간 가는 줄 모르게 쓴 거 같아요 유카타 대여도 가능해서 온천 하고 유카타 입고 저녁 먹으러 갔어요 저녁은 카이세키 코스 요리로 나왔어요 코스로 나오면 양이 적지 않을까 생각했지만 먹다가 너무 배불렀는데 또 뭐가 나온다고 하셔서 놀랬어요 근데 또 너무 맛있어서 다 먹고 나왔습니다 ㅎㅎ 일본은 방 자체가 좁은 곳도 많은데 여기는 방도 엄청 넓고 화장실이랑 세면대 욕조 다 따로 분리되어 있어서 좋았어요 다음에 또 유후인 간다면 재예약하겠습니다

무엇보다 훌륭한 온천이 좋았습니다. 식사 역시 너무나도 만족스러웠어요. 다만 거리가 좀 있는 편이며, 외딴곳에 있기에 편의점이나 마트를 먼저 들렸다가 숙소에 가시는걸 추천 합니다. 그 외 모든것이 만족스러웠습니다.

由布院出張の感想

お部屋はマンションを改築したような構造で悪くはないけれども、一昔前のホテルのような感じがした。人によっては趣があるような印象。温泉が素晴らしく良かった。これは体験した中ではなによりもおススメ。食事が有名みたいですが、今回の旅では体験できなかったので、ぜひ次回食べたい。

快適なステイ

夕食が不要だったので、一泊朝食付きで利用しました。お部屋は古いですが、清潔で、快適です。よかったのはお部屋のドアに」お花の写真と名前があるので、部屋番号をうっかり忘れてもお花で思い出せました。大浴場は内湯がなく露天のみですが、風情のある趣で湯布院らしく自然に囲まれとても良かったです。お値段が手頃なので、気軽に泊まれて湯布院の良さが満喫できます。
