It was ok. No baby crib available. The baby area is not baby safe, my child cut her head open on one of the tables bc they have sharp edges and had to go to the emergency room. There was mold on the vents in the room and the carpets were pretty dirty.

朝食バイキングやラウンジサービスをを期待してこのホテルにしました。 ラウンジは時間制限はあるものの種類は多く自分で好きなカクテルを作って飲めるのはよかったです。 朝食バイキングも混雑することなくゆっくり食べることが出来ました。 ただGWだったからなのかラウンジ、朝食ともに食材や飲料の補充がおそかったり、なかったりで満足のいくサービスではなかったです。 お部屋は清潔でした。

チェックイン後、子供たちとラウンジでジュースやアルコール、お菓子などがあり、リラックス出来ました。バイキングも食べ物の種類が多く、地産の物もありどれも美味しかったです。テーブルも沢山あり、座るのに困りませんでした。子供も大人も満足出来てました。

公式ホームページでマグロの刺身、お寿司堪能してくださいとあったが、全くマグロの刺身などは出ていなかった。バイキングはガッカリッだった。 ベッドメイキングが適当すぎる。非常に不愉快だった。浴槽の黒カビが嫌だった。 室内シャワーのシャンプーがなく、ボディーソープが2つあった。フロントに電話して持ってきてもらった。 1泊4人で¥85000。期待するには程遠い施設であった。

一歳の子供連れで宿泊しました。 子供を湯船に浸からせたかったので、お湯を貯めようとしたら、バスタブに髪の毛が落ちていました。シャワーで流してから湯をためました。 次に、寝かしつけのためにベッドの掛け布団をめくると、アンダーヘアらしき毛が枕元に落ちていました。子供の寝かしつけの時間が過ぎていたので、自分で綺麗にしました。 子供が寝た後に室内電話のそばに置いてあるミネラルウォーターを手に取るとメモ帳があり、前の宿泊者(外国の方？)『このへやにはかくれたかみがある』とひらがなで書いたものがそのままあり、気持ち悪いを超えて、怖かったです。翌朝フロントには伝えました。謝罪してくださいましたが、せっかくの宿泊が最悪の印象でした。 繁忙期だからでしょうか、清掃がずさんすぎて、とても不快でした。年に一度ほど使用していたホテルなのですが、このようなずさんな清掃状態は初めてで、今後利用するか悩みます。
