全体的に満足です。ありがとうございました。 受付でのスタッフの方の対応から部屋のクオリティや清潔さ、大浴場の温泉の質や満足度、地獄めぐりに便利な立地など、この宿にして良かったと思いました。 朝ごはんはお米やお米のおかずが美味しかったです。おかずの豪華さはなく、サラダの野菜が古く感じました。でもそのほかの点で大変満足でした。 また別府に来たら利用したいです。

客室トイレが汚かった。 良い点は、料理は美味しいと思った。サラダの数が少ないから、もう少し種類があると良い。 特に有難かったのは、チェックアウト後に、荷物預かりしてくれたのは、とても有難かったかったので、このサービスは続けくと良い。
