The most beautiful and relaxing ryokan. We had a very wonderful experience and stay at this place. Staff were very attentive, helpful and professional service provided. They took care of everything from the time we drove into the parking until we left, without needing us to ask or worry. Kaiseki dinner and breakfast were immaculately presented and tasty. Everything was well organized and we were well taken care of. Thank you to all the staff. Highly recommend this place!

We love this resort, which offered shuttle to and from the station. We booked the room with hot spring tub, and it was spacious and beautiful view. We had a upgraded dinner and the meal was delicious! This hotel is highly recommended!

My friend and I had a wonderful time at the Seikouen. They picked us up from JR Kurume station, and their hospitality was amazing. They welcome us at the entrance and every time they see us. Kaiseki dinner and breakfast were beautiful and delicious. Onsen was cozie and wonderful. Definitely we will like to go there again!!!
