Kiran, Chef Yoshi, and the pastry chef, thank you for being able to accommodate the special request birthday cake. My boyfriend loved the cake. Staff were all friendly, polite and helpful. We will definitely be coming back. Though not being able to adjust the temperature in the corner suite was different. “Even that I told I bought my lift tickets before coming to the hotel, they charged me the amount of lifts of every day that I stayed. That’s absurd and I complained to them, however I needed to drive to Calgary and I was running out of time. Other thing, when we checked up, they told us that the luggage would take 2 hours to get to the room, and that’s another lie, because of that we took our luggage in to the mountain, the other luggage came as the same time as we did, it aweful to be like...

“Property was unique because the cabins had no bathroom. Like a campground - have to use common bathroom and showers. This was not clear in the listing. Hot tub is nearby but it is wood fired, takes 3 hr to heat up and you have to buy wood from the property. It's OK if you knew what you were getting. I don't think it was clear in front when I booked.”
