Very clean and comfy room with windows we could open. Very nice coffee/tea/cocoa service in the mornings! Nice bathroom amenities. Soap was wonderful for the sink and shower! Very very central there in Banff where we were able to walk everywhere! Lovely walks along the Bow River nearby! Didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub but nice area on the roof!

The room is so smll and the hot tub in the picture is a joke, it is closed and not operating! They should have mentioned that in the amenities so we can see before booking this place. We asked for a box of kleenex and it was not filled, we ended up going to the front desk to ask for one. We ate breakfast in Brazen, and we did not like the food esp the eggs benedict, which we waited for more than 30mins to be delivered! Not returning to this place!
