This property was easy to find with easy access to parking. The staff were very helpful & made our stay there great. This hotel is centrally located in a safe & and easy walk to sights, restaurants, grocery, gas & alcohol stores. Hotel offers a shuttle which we used to get to our dinner reservations at The Bungalow Club. We would definitely return to this hotel when in the area again.

The location downtown was perfect for proximity to the events that I was attending at WordFest. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, the room service was amazing in the evening plus promptly on schedule in the morning, and the view was spectacular. I could see the Calgary Tower from my balcony on the 10th floor. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
