Staff both at the concierge and attached restaurant were absolutely lovely, 10/10. The room itself was alright, the bathroom has a slightly faulty shower head so only half of the water would come out, the rest through the bath tap. Place seemed relatively clean, but I had found a hair (obviously not mine) on the bathroom floor and in the bath tub. I was there only overnight so it did the job, but it wasn’t my favourite spot. Walls are also super thin - I could hear other people snore or use the shower.

We went to the pool shortly after 7:00 am. It had not been cleaned yet; from the day before. The deck was dirty, the pool and hot tub water were both in need of chemical treatment. Enjoyed the renovated room. LOVED that the room had a BATHTUB!
