“Suitable for a short stay but not long as space is very limited in the family room. The spare bed was a sofa bed which was very springy and you could feel the springs. Tv was problematic and didnt work. Other than the negatives mentioned- the main bed was comfy and the bathroom was in good condition.”

“A very friendly hotel in a good location. Close to amenities like Tesco and outdoor shopping centre. Great for exploring Chester and less than an hour to Manchester. Breakfast was traditional but good. Staff were very friendly and helpful.”

“No hot water the first night, though they mover us to another room the second one (much smaller). Excellent breakfast, and really kind staff.”

“Very convenient for the station, just a 2 minute walk. It was fine for what I needed, but a bit tired.”

“Lovely hotel, quiet location. Very helpful staff”

“Clean room , friendly staff and great location for Wrexham football game.”

“Nice Experience”

“Rooms and bar needs redecorating out dated and not clean”

“great ground floor rooms for people disabled or with dogs”
