“The location of this hotel is extremely noisy, located right besides a highway very hard to sleep at night. The AC in the room is this small portable one that is very loud as well. No towels were provided, we had our own towels we used. The room smells bad like full of cigarettes, the only good thing is the washroom are clean.”

“Pre-paid for 2 nights, $500.00 per night. We were hoping for a fun family getaway to escape the smoke in the Okanagan this August. When my wife and I started the shower for our 2 year old the first night we were greeted by pubic hair in the shower from the last guest (maybe 3 guests ago, who knows!). After waiting three hours to hear from the manager when I brought this up, he told the front desk person that all they could do was offer another room to us. We booked another hotel as we didn't...
